Discovery Call

Together, we go through your enquiry form submission, chat about your vision, budget and answer any questions.

Following our discovery call, I'll create a bespoke pricing proposal and moodboard that captures the essence of your day and the atmosphere you’re wanting to create.

Securing Your Date

Once we've established the scope of your project and you’re happy to proceed, I’ll send through a detailed quote.

To secure your place in my design calendar, a 50% deposit is required before the design concept process can begin.

Bringing Your Vision to Life

This is where the fun begins! With the planning complete, deposit received, we move into the design phase.

I’ll begin developing digital design concepts for your entire stationery suite, ensuring the final result feels beautifully aligned with your vision. Two rounds of feedback are included in this section. Once these concepts are finalised, the painting begins!

The Finishing Touches

Once the illustrations are complete and you've approved the final design layouts, I'll prepare everything for production. I offer a paint to print package where I manage the printing process on your behalf or I can provide you print-ready files if you prefer to organise printing independently.

From selecting luxurious paper stocks to choosing the perfect finishing details, I'll help ensure every piece feels as special as the occasion itself.
